What is this Creative Commons thing?
Basically some sort of copyright, but with Creative Commons I´m giving you permission to use my work to support yours, at no charge, provided that your work can also be used in the same way ... and if you plan to use my work and obtain economical benefit, I could legally claim my credits. Can I use a picture from this site on a site that I own, or for any other particular purpouse ( work, etc ... ) ?

This site is completely unofficial, sorry for that. I wish it was ( someone would be paying me for doing this incredible job ).

You don´t find pictures on my site for a particular ship
Not surprising. I don´t collect pictures from magazines or newspapers, or from the internet. All pictures shown are either done by me, or submitted by someone else.

Are all the pictures yours?
When I started the site, in 2000, it was that way. Today my personal share of pictures within the site is around 45%, rest is contributed by many kind people ( see the credits section ). Pictures that are not mine are always credited.

If I send you pictures, will they be published?
Read the Sharing section, link is located in the bar at the bottom of any page of the site.

Do you accept donations for the cause?
Of course!. I´d love to hear that from someone...this stuff is always short of money :-)) By the way, no one has ever done this question, but no one knows when it might be the first time.

Why have you created this site?
Mainly for two reasons. The first one, because it combines my biggest hobbies, computing and military photography. In second place, because I wanted to, and because it helps me finding and meeting people with the same interests I have.

How often do you update this site?
Depends, but expect it to be updated at least once a month.

What´s your military experience?
9 months. And it was not in the Navy, which is where i´d have love to. I have not been a pro or anything like it. I was ranked as Corporal, in the "Regimiento de Artillería de Campaña nº30 ( RACA-30 )" ( Artillery ) at Ceuta, Spain. Everything else has been learnt through books, magazines and talking and chatting with a lot of people that really know what they´re talking about.
